Investigating

We are currently experiencing slower than usual processing times for Video Upload and Encoding. Videos may take longer to upload and remain in the "Optimizing" stage for an extended period before being processed.

Videos are still being processed and published — delays are expected but uploads are not lost.
Our team is actively investigating the congestion and working to restore normal processing speeds
